Private shoots are a significant fraction of what I do. I enjoy people; I enjoy their bodies and their characters and their interactions. I enjoy portraying these things. I’m good at it; my work hangs in galleries, and I can bring this level of artistic sophistication to you.

I work with women, men, and couples to provide you with images of yourself that might be hard to find elsewhere. I know how to get you past being stiff in front of the camera, and how to gently direct you and light you to bring out your best.

Notice that there are no images on this page. That’s because private photo shoots are private. All of the models depicted on this site and in my gallery shows have given me formal written permission to display their images. Unless we specifically discuss it and you give specific permission, your images are private.

Every shoot is different, and we can talk about yours. A typical shoot might go for an hour or two, and produce 20 or so edited and processed images. I provide digital files, both high and low resolution. I’ve always been a self employed artist and my schedule is flexible; days, evenings, weekends are all possible. Most of what I display on my website and in my shows depicts nudes, but perhaps that’s not what you want. Each shoot is different. My studio is in Erie, a touch north of Denver and a touch east of Boulder.
